With Prizio Premium you get access to the complete history of up to 6 months, so you can identify deal patterns and better plan your shopping.

How do I pay for Premium?

Yes, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from your first subscription. If for any reason you're not satisfied with Premium, contact us at soporte@prizio.app with your account email and we'll process your full refund with no questions asked. We only collect information necessary for the app to function: email for your account, products you search for to improve recommendations, and location (optional) to show nearby stores.

Absolutely not. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your information is only used to improve your Prizio experience. How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, contact our support team by writing to soporte@prizio.app with the subject "Delete account" and including the email associated with your account. We'll process your request and permanently delete all your data from our servers within 30 days, including search history, saved lists, and preferences. If you have an active Premium subscription, remember to cancel it first from your phone settings to avoid future charges.

We love hearing from our community. From your Profile, select "Send Suggestion" to share your ideas. Our team reads all suggestions and prioritizes them based on user demand. Many of Prizio's current features came from suggestions like yours. You can also vote on other users' suggestions to help us decide what to develop first.

The app isn't working properly, what do I do?

Try these steps in order: 1) Close the app completely and reopen it. 2) Check that you have a stable internet connection. 3) Update the app to the latest version from your app store. 4) Restart your phone. 5) If nothing works, uninstall and reinstall the app (you won't lose your data if you have an account). If the problem persists after these steps, contact us in Profile > "Help & Support" or email us at soporte@prizio.app describing the error.
